The visit included a presentation of the programme’s main fields, participation requirements, opportunities for professional growth and training, as well as the infrastructure that helps participants successfully adapt and develop in a new environment.
As part of the visit, the guest also met with participants who are already working within the programme. They shared their experiences, adaptation process, achievements, and personal stories.
The Alabuga Start programme continues to strengthen international cooperation and expand its network of partners. Collaboration with Côte d’Ivoire opens additional opportunities for young specialists striving for development, new knowledge, and building a successful future.
