This meeting allowed the embassy representatives to gain a deeper understanding of the programme, its goals, and the opportunities it offers to aspiring professionals. The delegation noted the programme's significant contribution to helping young women adapt to a new professional environment, develop their skills, and acquire in-demand skills.
The Ugandan government plans to expand the programme nationwide. "Most of the current participants learned about the opportunity online. We want young people from all regions, including rural areas, to benefit from this programme," the embassy noted.
