The Alabuga Start team is actively involved in helping new participants adapt. In July, the project's HR specialists, along with students from Alabuga Polytech, organized three conversation clubs for the newly arrived participants.

Conversation clubs are aimed at helping participants of Alabuga Start to adapt faster and learn the Russian language. The themes of the July events included: life in the city, favorite places to relax in Russia, parts of the body, and traditional Russian dishes.

In addition, weekly lectures on corporate culture were conducted for participants of Alabuga Start. The girls explored the company's values, engaged in sports activities with programme participants from CIS countries and Russia, and familiarized themselves with corporate business simulations.

As a friendly reminder, Alabuga Start is an international program tailored for ambitious young women aged 18 to 22, offering them the opportunity to relocate to Russia and pursue a successful career.
