The Ambassador reviewed the participants' working conditions and noted the high level of organization, comfortable conditions, and attentive attitude toward each participant. He emphasized the programme's important role in the professional and personal development of young women from Burundi.
The participants shared their impressions of the programme and told their stories — including their first steps in Russia and their experience working in a new environment. Fifty-two young women from Burundi who are participants in the Alabuga Start programme participated in the meeting. The Ambassador commended the programme's implementation and emphasized the importance of the opportunities and support provided to the participants from his country.
