HR specialists from Alabuga Start visited Sierra Leone to present an international programme designed for future participants. They received a warm welcome from the local community and were honoured by being initiated into local tribes, where they were presented with traditional attire.
As a friendly reminder, Alabuga Start is an international program tailored for ambitious young women aged 18 to 22, offering them the opportunity to relocate to Russia and pursue a successful career.
