Participants are employed exclusively under official contracts in full compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. This guarantees transparency of payments, medical insurance, and full legal protection of the rights of each participant.
Security on the territory of the Alabuga SEZ
The programme operates on the territory of the special economic zone with a special security regime. Modern corporate hostels are equipped with an access control system (Face ID) and are under 24/7 protection, which completely prevents access by unauthorized persons and provides a secure living environment.
The programme is open to familiarisation visits
We maintain a policy of openness for relevant organizations and diplomatic missions. Representatives of participating countries have the opportunity to personally visit the site, inspect the infrastructure, and verify the quality of the conditions created for their compatriots.
Comprehensive support system
Our responsibility does not end after employment. Each participant is assigned a responsible HR specialist. Our responsibility includes full support after arrival. The programme provides medical support, assistance with everyday matters, and gentle integration into a new cultural and professional environment.
